Godmersham House (15.30 tour)

Our open day celebrates Jane Austen’s 250th anniversary and the family’s connection to Godmersham Park. On arrival, you will be greeted with a map displaying points of interest around the park and gardens. Refreshments are available to purchase in the Swimming Pool Garden, but please feel free to bring along a picnic. Your ticket includes the rare opportunity of a guided tour of Godmersham Park House.  Please make your way to the entrance hall 10 minutes before your tour commences.  If you would like to dress in costume, we recommend  Molly Limpet's Costume Hire  One thing to keep in mind is that dogs are not allowed in the house, so plan accordingly if you’re bringing a furry friend along.
